Hệ thống thông tin cấp độ 3 là hệ thống thông tin có một trong các
tiêu chí cụ thể như sau:
2. Hệ thống thông tin phục vụ người dân, doanh nghiệp thuộc một

a) Cung cấp thông tin và dịch vụ công trực tuyến từ mức độ

Như vậy, theo tiêu chí của NĐ thì các hệ thống triển khai OpenCPS có thể
được đánh gía có cấp độ 3.
