Hệ thống thông tin cấp độ 3 là hệ thống thông tin có một trong các
tiêu chí cụ thể như sau:
2. Hệ thống thông tin phục vụ người dân, doanh nghiệp thuộc một
trong các loại hình như sau:
a) Cung cấp thông tin và dịch vụ công trực tuyến từ mức độ
3 trở lên theo quy định của pháp luật;

Như vậy, theo tiêu chí của NĐ thì các hệ thống triển khai OpenCPS có thể
được đánh gía có cấp độ 3.
Tham khảo thêm về dự thảo tiêu chuẩn TCVN gửi kèm (CÔNG NGHỆ THÔNG TIN –
CÁC KỸ THUẬT AN TOÀN – YÊU CẦU CƠ BẢN VỀ AN TOÀN HỆ THỐNG THÔNG TIN THEO
CẤP ĐỘ) có một số qui định về việc đảm bảo an toàn cho hệ thống TT theo
cấp độ 3 như:
