[OpenCPS-infra] Automation for DB Cluster

Hi Nghĩa et al,
Ngoài cách cài đặt DB Cluster truyền thống thì còn 1 cách nữa là dùng
các công cụ automation như Ansible để tự động hóa việc deploy. Tham khảo
ví dụ ở đây:

Anh em xem hướng này có ổn không thì mình lập 1 team để tìm hiểu và thử
