Hi BKT,

Tôi fwd tài liệu phần Performance & Availability Nguyên viết.
Hôm nay Nguyên đi công tác. Mai đi làm lại sẽ follow up, xử lý tiếp các
góp ý của anh em (nếu có)

Cá nhân tôi chỉ có một chút băn khoăn: Availability nên dịch là "Mức độ
sẵn sàng" thuận hơn là "Mức độ đáp ứng" không?
